JEFF CAVENS

Our neighbourhoods aren’t islands. On the contrary: they’re new meeting places in the city, spaces where people come to relax.

Triple Living began as a family business and has grown over the years into a major real estate player with more than a hundred employees. And yet, we’ve always maintained the informal structure, open culture of dialogue, and collegiality. At our core, we’re a human-centred company, where open dialogue is key: with our colleagues, clients, and partners, as well as with local governments and neighbours.

We consciously choose projects that align with our vision of future-proof living, working, and life. The short decision-making lines and flat structure make us agile and decisive as a company. This approach allows us to anticipate and respond flexibly to societal, technological, and socio-economic developments.

A brief history.

An office construction expert. A residential real estate developer. Together, they shared the ambition to build innovative, green, and vibrant urban neighbourhoods that were assets to both residents and the city. In 2010, when the opportunity arose to redevelop the former railway site next to Antwerp South into a residential area, the two partners joined forces.

Skyline Europe and Group Minerva co-founded Triple Living to develop Nieuw Zuid. It marked the beginning of many other urban development projects: in Rotterdam, Brussels, Ghent, Knokke, Wilrijk, Aalst, Boechout, Antwerp’s Slachthuis district, etc.

We continue
to develop
every single day

People come first.

Triple Living is a close-knit group of driven employees who work together as one team to deliver each project efficiently, effectively, and with great attention to detail. We also rely on a broad network of trusted partners (contractors, architects, engineering firms, etc.) with whom we build long-term collaborations based on respect and trust. We work first and foremost for people, which is why we place great value on client support and additional services such as a rental service for investors.
